About Us
The Geography department is committed to excellence in teaching and research. It teaches to degree level in the B.A. and B.Ed. degrees and offers M.A. and Ph.D. degrees by research. Currently there are approximately 600 undergraduate students studying Geography in St. Patrick's College. The Department consists of five full-time, permanent academic staff and one teaching fellow. Their teaching and research interests are outlined below:
