We welcome all transition, 5th or 6th year, mature students and guidance counsellors to our “Open Day” on Saturday November 19th from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.

College Tours

Tours commence at 10.00 a.m. from reception and run every 10 minutes.

Visitors have the opportunity to meet with departmental staff, current students and admissions staff. 

Mature Applicants
Website

We provide a dedicated stand for mature applicants, which will be manned by our current mature students.  A section of the course presentations on our B.Ed. and BA degrees is dedicated to mature applicants. 

Student Support

In addition to the informal support available to our students, formal support is offered to students through the following schemes:

• Student Tutor Scheme
• Study Workshops
• College Crèche
• Writing Clinic

Students Union

The Student’s Union is the voice of the students and to support the student. The Students Union campaigns on all issues that affect students on college and national level.  The Students Union also organises entertainment and social events in the college as well as all clubs & societies.

Campus Accommodation

Unfortunately we do not have sufficient Accommodation for all attending students and as such we allocate our Campus Accommodation on a lottery basis.  As we all know the weekly lottery is all down to luck and so is our Campus Accommodation.

College Facilities

In addition to the main College buildings, the campus also includes playing pitches, gymnasium, chapel, primary school, Education Centre for Teachers, Educational Research Centre, Educational Disadvantage Centre, Early Childhood Centre and bank.
