Tá sé i gceist ag Coláiste Phádraig (Coláiste de chuid Ollscoil Chathair Bhaile Átha Cliath), Droim Conrach, Baile Átha Cliath 9, scéim a dhréachtadh de réir Alt 11 d’Acht na dTeangacha Oifigiúla 2003. Is é bunchuspóir an Achta ná a chinntiú go mbeadh fáil níos mó ar sheirbhísí poiblí trí Ghaeilge agus go mbeadh siad ar chaighdeán níos airde.
Tá aighneachtaí maidir le hullmhú na dréacht-scéime á lorg ag Coláiste Phádraig anois ó aon pháirtithe leasmhara. Ba chóir nach rachadh na haighneachtaí thar 4000 focal (c. 8 leathanch). Ba choir freisin, go hinmhianaithe, aighneachtaí, a bheith ar fáil go poiblí ar láithreán gréasáin www.spd.dcu.ie a sheoladh isteach go leictreonach chuig bernadette.niaingleis@spd.dcu.ie. Ina ionad sin, is féidir iad a sheoladh sa phost chuig: Bernadette Ní Áingléis, Coláiste Phádraig, Droim Conrach, Baile Átha Cliath 9.
Tá Coláiste Phádraig faoi réir na nAchtanna um Shaoráil Faisnéise 1997 - 2003. Tá an Coláiste sásta faisnéis a chur ar fáil faoi aighneachtaí ar iarratas.

Official Languages Act 2003
Preparation of a Draft Scheme by St. Patrick’s College (a College of Dublin City University), Drumcondra, Dublin 9
St. Patrick’s College (a College of Dublin City University), Drumcondra, Dublin 9, proposes to draft a scheme in accordance with Section 11 of the Official Languages Act 2003. The primary objective of the Act is to ensure better availability and a higher standard of public services through Irish.
St. Patrick’s College now wishes to invite submissions in relation to the preparation of the draft scheme from any interested parties. Submissions should not exceed 4,000 words (c. 8 pages). Ideally submissions should be forwarded electronically to: bernadette.niaingleis@spd.dcu.ie. Alternatively, they may be posted to: Bernadette Ní Áingléis, St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
St. Patrick’s College is subject to the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 – 2003 and proposes to make information in relation to submissions available on request.
