Constellations by John Buckley

On Sunday 17 October, a new CD - Breathe - new notes for flute from Ireland and New Zealand - by William Dowdall was launched in the Hugh Lane Gallery. It features a track by Dr John Buckley, Music Department, called "Constellations" - a 'backing track' of multiple superimposed flutes (12) and a solo flute part. It also features 'Four Songs' by Rhona Clarke also of the Music Department.

You may hear this and other works by Buckley at the "Dublin Brass - Music @ Brighton Road" in Rathgar Methodist Church on Sunday 24 October.
