Annual Carol Service

 

The Annual Carol Service was held in the College Chapel on Tuesday 12th December at 6.30 p.m.  The College Choir conducted by Marion Doherty was joined by the Folk Group, the Traditional Music Group, Viva Voce conducted by Yvonne Higgins, and this year, for the first time, our Liturgical Dance Group.  The story of the first Christmas is retold in word, music and movement.  Apart from giving everyone a chance to pause and reflect on the approaching feast of Christmas, the occasion provides a reminder of the great talent residing in our students, and marks the beginning of the festive season.  This year the reflection was provided by Anne O Farrell of the Religious Education Department.
