Dowdall's works for solo flute

On 5 March, William Dowdall's debut solo album "Works for Solo Flute" was launched in the Royal Irish Academic of Music. It features many classic pieces including two by Dr John Buckley of the Music Department. Dowdall is described by the Irish Times as a musician "who seeems incapable of uttering a phrase or a note that is not carried and shaped with especial care".
