Embassy marks Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in St Patrick's College
On 7 April, the College hosted a concert and reception organised by the Hungarian Embassy for the diplomatic community and other dignitaries to mark the Hungarian Presidency of the European Union. The College Choir directed by Dr Rhona Clarke was joined by the Bolero Wind Ensemble from Hungary in a performance of classical and popular works, in the College chapel. The guest of honour was the Ceann Comhairle, Seán Barrett TD.
Guests were welcomed by His Excellency the Ambassador of Hungary, Ferenc Jari, and the College President, Pauric Travers, (both pictured below with the Ceann Comhairle, Seán Barrett TD).
