TeachNet, in conjunction with Microsoft Ireland, announces exciting Photo Story Competition for teachers. Win a trip to the USA!

Microsoft and TeachNet are pleased to announce an exciting competition for teachers. Your task is to use Photo Story 3 with your class to develop a curriculum resource.

With Microsoft Photo Story 3, you can empower students to create stories and projects, via photo slideshows that include interesting transitions, motion, narration and even music. Students can then easily save the video file to a computer, CD or Web and share it around the classroom.
The winning teachers - one primary and one post-primary - will represent Ireland at the World Innovative Teacher forum in Philadelphia in November 2006 and two runners up - one primary and one post-primary - will represent Ireland at the European Innovative Teacher Forum in Europe in Spring 2007.
