Lunctime Concerts 2006/ 2007

 

The new series of the very popular lunchtime concerts will commence again on Wednesday, 8th November . There will be five concerts before Christmas with a further seven scheduled for the second semester.

The five concerts this semester will feature an exciting line up of college students and invited guests. Our students, as always, will provide a vibrant mix of classical, popular and traditional music. Apart from the class concerts there will be a special concert entitled 'The Three Baritones'; St. Patrick's answer to Pavarotti et al. Our invited guests will be well known pianist Barbara Murray and Benjamin Dwyer, one of Ireland's leading classical guitarists. See schedule below.

Wednesday 15 November: Barbara Murray (Piano)

Wednesday 22 November: The Three Baritones (Gavan Ring, Brian Gilligan and Cian Kearins with Accompanist Marian Doherty)

Wednesday 29 November: 3rd Year Music Students
