A major conference to commemorate the death of Michael Davitt will be held in St Patrick's College from 26-28
May 2006. Speakers from Ireland, England, Scotland and the USA will address themes in Davitt's life, ideas and legacy. These include Joe Lee, Alan O'Day, Mary Robinson, Hasia Diner, Paul Bew and Davitt's grandson, Fr Tom Davitt. Andy Invine will perform on the saturday evening.
