National Science Week 2008

St Patrick’s College is pleased to announce its participation in National Science Week 2008.  A primary science symposium takes place in DCU on 8th November 2008. The event is being organized jointly by St Patrick’s College, Dublin City University and Royal Dublin Society(RDS) staff.  The RDS are the main sponsors and the symposium is also supported by St Patrick's College Research Committee and CASTeL.   The symposium consists of workshops for primary teachers, poster papers outlining research in primary science education and plenary speakers.  This year we have two primary teachers from Cyprus giving talks on their research as the plenary speakers.
