Dr Brian Hanley, History Department, St Patrick's College, recently won the Political Studies Association of Ireland Prize for the best book in Political Studies published in 2009. Dr Hanley was awarded this prestigious Brian Farrell prize for his book written with Scott Millar The Lost Revolution: The Story of the Official IRA and the Workers Party (Penguin, 2009).
