President Welcomes International Students

The President’s Reception for the international students of St Patrick’s College was held on 15th October in Belvedere House.  In his welcoming address, Dr Travers observed how the visitors – who came from Bulgaria, the Czeck Republic, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Spain and the USA - had gelled so well already as a group.  This he believed was in no small way due to Induction Programme organised at the start of their visit, and which has become an integral part of the college international programme.  He also expressed his appreciation to the international students for choosing St Patrick’s College for their period of study abroad and wished them an enjoyable and academically enriching time whilst in Ireland.
