This seminar will focus on an important element of quality assurance that is often overlooked or misunderstood. Students have a great deal to tell us about how they experience our educational programs that is useful in enhancing excellence. Examples of student surveys will be used to help the audience better appreciate the contribution that they can make to improving teaching and learning.
