PE Pays -McKenzie Lecture

The recent Dr Thom McKenzie lecture 'Seeing is believing Assessing Physical Activity Interventions in Home, School and Commuity settings'- was attended by people from all organisations interested in the area of Physical Education and Physical Activity, in spite of adverse weather conditions.  Representatives from Primary, Secondary and tertiary educational establishments were in attendance along with representatives form the irish Heart Foundation, Irish Sports Council, NCTC, National Heart Alliance, Sporting Governing Bodies, The DES Inspectorate, The PCSP as well as many others.  A stimulating talk was given by Dr Thom McKEnzie as part of the PE PAYS lecture series.  St Patrick's College Drumcondra also launched the In Service Certificate and Diploma in Physical Education.
