Visit by Saudi Deputy Minister for Education

 

On 15 January, the College received a visit from a delegation of five educators from Saudi Arabia who were studying the Irish education system in general and our teacher education system in particular. The delegation was led by Dr Khalid Abdullah M. Al Saud, Deputy Minister of Education, Saudi Arabia.   The visit to the College was co-ordinated by Sean MacNamara.  The delegation which also visited a local primary school was welcomed to the College by the College President, Dr Travers.
