Lunchtime Concerts Spring 2007

 

The new season of lunchtime concerts at St Patrick’s College will commence on Wednesday next, January 31 with a recital on concert harp by Aisling Ennis.  The concerts will feature three of Ireland's rising stars of classical music - Aisling Ennis (harp) on January 31st, Kevin Carberry (flute) on February 21st and Jenny Dowdall (cello) on May 2nd.

April 25th should be a special occasion, when 2nd year post graduate student Niamh Kelly will direct the Dublin City String School (DCSS) - a group of over thirty school children from the inner city. You are advised to book your seats early for what will be an amazing event.

First year students take pride of place on February 14th and will present a vibrant mix of classical, popular and Irish traditional music, while one of the leading international trios, the London based - Eroica Trio will be our guests on April 18th.

All concerts start at 1.15 and finish at approximately 1.50 and take place in the music room (B118), St Patrick’s College, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
