cp logoIf you are studying for your Leaving Certificate, have a look at our undergraduate courses.  We offer a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Degree and a Bachelor of Education Degree which qualifies you to work as a primary teacher.

If you already have a degree and wish to qualify as a primary teacher, you might be interested in our 18 month post-graduate course.

Practising teachers may be interested in career development by following one of our Special Education options, or pursuing a Masters in Education or Master of Arts Degree. Alternatively, there is a range of options available from our Continuing Professional Development Department.

St. Patrick's College participates in a number of International Student Programmes, including Comenius, Erasmus and Socrates. We also have links with other institutions, including Boston College, MIT, Notre Dame University, Chico State University, University of Northern Colorado and IES. Each year, we hold an Open Day, usually on the third Saturday in November. Information on all our courses is available on that day, along with tours of the College.

There are many events/conferences which take place within the College. Check out the details of some of these.

If you are over 23 years of age, you may qualify to apply for one of our undergraduate courses as a mature student.

Staff of our admissions office are happy to help you with any queries about any of our courses and how to apply to register.

The college has an access officer who deals with post-entry supports for students with disabilities. At the moment we also have a pilot access project for entry to our B. Ed degree, if you think you may be eligible for the access project and are attending one of our linked schools, (link to schools list) or if you have special requirements that you would like to discuss with us then please contact our Access Officer on 8842169
