Room Bookings
Please note: for bookings (except for Belvedere House or computer labs) covering any date or time from May 11th 2013 to September 30th 2013, please email Geraldine Healy (geraldine.healy@spd.dcu.ie).
This does not conflict with any of the information below, which outlines the situation throughout the year.
To request a room booking please identify the category of room from the list below and click on the link to the person dealing with that category. When requesting, indicate clearly the time/s (in one-hour blocks only), date/s, expected number of participants and a short description of the event/s.
Please enter "room booking" in the subject field to ensure that the request is dealt with quickly.
Please note that a room is not considered booked until confirmation of availability has been received.
